2026/27 UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOPITAL IBADAN FORMS IS OUT AND STILL ON SALE .

Also Internship/Housemanship form, school of midwifery form, Post Basic Nursing form are all still on sale.
Cost of application form is ₦20,500 (Non-Refundable) You can pay through Cash Deposit/Transfer Through Bank App.
Candidates between the age of 16-45 are eligible to apply.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENT:
Male and Female candidates who have successfully completed the Senior Secondary School education are qualified to purchase the form with credit in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, at not more than two sittings, in Examinations conducted by either of the three accredited SSCE examination board i.e. NECO, NABTEB, GCE & WAEC.
Result combination of O’Level examination will be accepted.
